Bad Boy's patented 3-link rear trailing arm suspension and independent front suspension keep the tires on the ground over rough terrain, which Bad Boy says means a smoother ride and better traction. Power comes from Kawasaki's 38.5-horsepower FX1000V EFI V-twin, driving dual 16cc Hydro-Gear pumps and Parker wheel motors at up to 13 mph. The 1/4-inch fabricated steel deck with a 1/2-inch leading edge is the one Bad Boy calls the heaviest-built of any commercial mower. The suspension seat, striping kit and no-flat front tires are all standard. It's 74.5 inches wide with the chute up and 1,595 pounds, so check your gate and your trailer rating before it goes home.
