Q: Who are you?

We are Whips Garage, a small engine and powersports shop in Stanley, ND. Whips Garage opened in July 2024 and our team handles repairs, sources OEM and aftermarket parts, and gives customers the kind of straightforward service we would want ourselves.

Q: How do orders and shipping work?

We are in a soft launch and adding products every day. If you order before 5 PM CST, we will try to process it the same day. Most parts arrive in about a week, but sometimes things take longer. If there is a delay, we will let you know. If you are wondering where something is at, just ask.

Q: How does your pricing work?

As a smaller shop, our prices may not always match the big national retailers, but what you get is personal service from a team that knows the equipment and cares that it works for you.

Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. You have 30 days to make sure your order is right. If it is not, get in touch and our team will make it right.

Q: Can I talk to a real person?

Always. No call centers and no bots. You will deal directly with someone from our team who works in the shop every day.

Q: What is the fastest way to reach you?

Call or text us. We usually answer quickly, even after hours if we can.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. If you are near Stanley or passing through, you can pick up your order in person. We are always happy to see you.

Q: Can I visit your shop?

Absolutely. Whether you are browsing parts or need service, stop in during our open hours. Someone from our team will be happy to talk shop.

Q: Will you work on equipment I bought somewhere else?

Of course. We do not care where it came from. If it needs fixing, we will treat it like our own.

Q: What if I cannot find the part I need online?

No problem. Call, text, or email us. We can usually source OEM and aftermarket parts that are not listed on the site yet.

Q: What payment methods do you take?

We take all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cash or check for in store pickups.

Q: Can you help me figure out what is wrong with my machine?

Yes. Bring it in or call us. We will help troubleshoot and recommend the right fix or parts.

Q: Do you help after hours?

If you are in a bind, call or text. We cannot promise we will always be available, but if someone from the team can help, we will.

Q: How does the Fitment Finder work?

Use our Fitment Finder to select your vehicle type, year, make, and model. You will only see parts that fit your machine. You can filter by brand, product type, and more. If your ride is not listed, reach out and we will help.
