At Whips Garage, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn't quite right with your purchase, you can return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
If the return is because of our mistake—like sending you the wrong item or something defective—we'll make it right. We’ll cover return shipping and take care of it ASAP. Just contact us right away and we’ll get things sorted out.
Refunds typically take 2–4 weeks from the time you send the item back. This includes:
- Return shipping (5–10 business days)
- Processing at our facility (3–5 business days)
- Your bank’s refund process (5–10 business days)

Warranty Policy
If you bought something from us that includes a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ve got your back. If a warranty issue pops up, reach out to us first. We'll help handle the communication with the manufacturer so you don’t have to deal with the back-and-forth.
Shipping Policy
Whips Garage proudly ships all across the U.S. Some items ship from our shop in Stanley, ND, while others are fulfilled directly from our trusted suppliers. That means delivery times can vary depending on the item’s location, stock status, and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
When checking out, you’ll see estimated shipping and delivery dates. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions, and are clearly shown during checkout. Carriers round up all weights to the nearest full pound.
